1-1 Dog grooming
I offer a one-to-one grooming service and mostly have just one dog in at a time, unless dogs are from the same family. There may occasionally be a small cross-over if an owner drops their dog off early or is late collecting, but for the most part, it will just be me and your dog.
Full grooms
shampoo and bath using products to suit your dog’s needs. blow dry, full body haircut including clipping and scissoring, ear cleaning, ear plucking if needed and tolerated, I will never force ear plucking if your dog is showing signs of pain or extreme discomfort, nail trim. and spritz of dog cologne.
Hand-stripping
I currently offer hand-stripping for border terriers only. If you have another breed, feel free to ask and I’ll let you know if I can help. I do not bathe when hand-stripping as the dog’s pores open up and could cause infection.
Teeth cleaning
I use a few different methods depending on the amount of plaque build-up and your dog’s tolerance.
The Emmi-pet ultrasonic toothbrush, a gentle, non-invasive teeth clean without traditional scrubbing. It uses ultrasound with a special toothpaste to create microscopic bubbles that help lift plaque and biofilm. It’s silent and gentle, and regular sessions can help reduce plaque build-up, freshen breath, and support ongoing hygiene.
Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is a gentle, low-noise treatment using an ultrasonic dental tool to remove visible plaque build-up, leaving the teeth looking cleaner and fresher.
For very light plaque build-up, a hand tooth descaler may be used to gently remove surface plaque. Teeth are then brushed with a dog toothpaste and finished with a fresh breath spray.
SILKIFY Hot Cloth Treatment
A warm, no-bath treatment using hot cloth gloves and nourishing oils to gently cleanse, detangle, hydrate, and add shine, leaving the coat silky soft with a fresh, long-lasting scent. It’s perfect between grooms or for dogs who aren’t fond of full baths. Please note, this is a single treatment only. It’s not a full groom. Dogs will go home damp to dry naturally. Please check the videos below to see the treatment on thick and fluffy versus short and smooth coats.
